How it works

From a learning need to a plan that fits.

You don't need to know the exact topic or how often lessons should happen. Tell us what's going on, and we'll help you work out the right next step.

  1. 1

Describe what you need — or book a free planning call

    You
Send a learning request, or book a free 15-minute call to talk it through first.
    TutorArch
We read every request and confirm we've received it.
    Next you'll get
A confirmation email with your reference.
  2. 2

We check subject, level, tutor fit and schedule

    You
Nothing — we do the matching by hand.
    TutorArch
We check which tutor is a good fit and whether the times you'd like are workable.
    Next you'll get
We come back to you, usually by email.
  3. 3

    You receive a recommendation

    You
Consider the tutor we suggest (with alternatives where available).
    TutorArch
We explain who we recommend and why, and propose a way forward.
    Next you'll get
A recommendation with clear next steps.
  4. 4

Agree an assessment (£5.00, 30 minutes)

    You
Agree a time and pay the small assessment fee through a secure link.
    TutorArch
We reserve the time and confirm once payment and schedule are both settled.
    Next you'll get
An assessment confirmation with private joining details.
  5. 5

Receive feedback and choose how to continue

    You
Read the tutor's feedback and decide: single lessons, a package, or not now.
    TutorArch
We send the tutor's recommendation and an exact quote — no automatic enrolment.
    Next you'll get
Feedback plus a clear, itemised quote.
  6. 6

    Attend lessons and receive reports

    You
Join 60-minute lessons on a company-managed video call.
    TutorArch
We create the meeting, send reminders, and pass on a short report after each lesson.
    Next you'll get
Lesson confirmations and a report after every lesson.

Before your lesson

What you need for a lesson

  • A computer or tablet suited to the lesson
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Working audio (a headset helps)
  • A quiet space to focus

If a subject needs particular software, we'll confirm that with you beforehand. Preferred times are requests — we always confirm a time before booking.
